Meet Our Team

Compass Recovery West’s Chief Operating Officer Dino Bedinelli, MSW, LCSW, CADC is a veteran who has over 11 years of experience in the field. Dino started as a CADC level counselor after completing the ACE program at Westfield University. Dino then received his BS, and MSW, from Springfield College and started practicing as a masters-level clinician. Dino has over six years of administration experience and has been the director of multiple programs.

Compass Recovery West’s Clinical Director, Alisha Khoury-Boucher, M.Ed, LADC1, CADC, has over 16 years of experience in treating individuals and families impacted by addiction. Alisha completed her BFA at C.W. Post in New York, obtained her LADC and CADC from Westfield State ACE Program and her Master’s at Cambridge College in Clinical Counseling with concentrations in substance use and trauma disorders. Alisha has given much of her time to advocacy in the community and networking for those who have been impacted by addiction. Alisha is thrilled to be serving this community with enthusiasm, care and compassion.
